6. Disclaimer of Results for Pronunciation Proficiency
The Company designs its courses to provide comprehensive instruction on all phonetic components of Mandarin Chinese, including tones, initials, finals, and syllable structures, with the goal of equipping students with the knowledge and skills to pronounce every word in Mandarin Chinese accurately. However, the Company does not guarantee that every student will achieve full proficiency in pronunciation or the ability to pronounce every Mandarin Chinese word with accuracy. Individual results may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the student's effort, completion of course materials, practice frequency, and personal aptitude. By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that outcomes are dependent on your active participation and adherence to the course requirements, and the Company shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from failure to achieve specific pronunciation or language proficiency results.
7. Payments & Refunds
Prices are clearly listed at the point of purchase, and all payments are processed securely. Unless stated otherwise, all sales are final. However, we understand that special circumstances may arise, and we may offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion or as outlined in a specific offer.
